UFPCM production

In order to optimize transport costs and to enlarge the geography of UFPCM production, Mikron LLC can organize the production at a concrete plant in the work site.  

Nowadays, 20 concrete plants maximally distributed at the whole territory of the country are engaged in the production of Universal flexible protective concrete mats (UFPCM).

 In order to organize the UFPCM production at a new plant, we perform the plant certification for its conformance by its process capabilities to the requirements of TU 5859-001-35842586-2009 and TU 5859-001-81947000-2014. We make a trial batch of products, which quality is checked in an independent laboratory. After the plant has passed the qualification tests, we initiate a call of VNIIGAZ LLC team to confirm the plant conformance to the requirements of PJSC GAZPROM (if requested by the client). The new production development process takes in average 2 months.
